Migo Axis operates differently from legacy consulting firms that deploy junior staff behind senior pitch teams:
- Senior Leadership on the Ground: Engagements are directly led and executed by senior partners and experienced enterprise architects with hands-on telco and AI pedigree.
- Outcome-Driven Statements of Work (SoW): Every advisory or engineering project is governed by an agreed SoW defining concrete business outcomes, technical scope, and verifiable deliverables.
- Sprint-Based Iteration: Work proceeds in defined fortnightly sprints, each concluding with an executive demonstration or tangible artifact delivery rather than theoretical slides.
- Minimum-Steps Execution: We ruthlessly cut administrative overhead and unnecessary meetings to accelerate time-to-value for our clients.
# 2. Mutual Roles & Responsibilities
High-velocity transformation requires clear, reciprocal accountability:
- Migo Axis Responsibilities: Deliver agreed architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and integrated code on schedule; maintain rigorous security and confidentiality; assign qualified senior practitioners; provide transparent sprint progress reports.
- Client Responsibilities: Designate a single point of contact (SPOC) empowered to make timely architectural decisions; grant necessary access to authorized systems, test environments, and key personnel; review and provide constructive feedback on sprint deliverables within agreed review windows (typically 5 business days).
- Unblocking Dependencies: If a delivery blocker arises from third-party vendor delays or internal dependencies, both parties agree to hold an immediate working session to recalibrate timelines.
# 3. Timelines, Milestones & Change Control
We understand that enterprise priorities can evolve rapidly during multi-quarter transformations:
- Milestone Tracking: Progress is measured against pre-agreed milestone gates. Milestone completion requires written sign-off by the designated Client SPOC.
- Transparent Change Control: If project scope requires adjustment, we draft a concise one-page Change Request (CR) detailing the architectural impact, revised timeline, and commercial adjustment before any work begins.
- No Surprise Billing: We never invoice for out-of-scope work or overrun hours without prior, formal written authorization.
# 4. Intellectual Property & Work Product Ownership
Clear and fair IP boundaries protect both client investments and foundational consulting craft:
- Client Ownership of Deliverables: Upon receipt of full milestone payment, all custom architecture specifications, custom software code, bespoke integration scripts, and strategy memos created specifically for the client belong entirely to the Client.
- Migo Axis Background IP & Accelerators: Pre-existing proprietary frameworks, architectural methodologies, code libraries, and benchmarking models owned by Migo Axis prior to or independent of the engagement remain the exclusive property of Migo Axis.
- Perpetual Client License: The Client is granted an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and maintain any embedded Migo Axis background IP strictly as integrated into the project deliverables.
# 5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Trust is our primary currency. Both parties are held to uncompromising confidentiality standards:
- All non-public proprietary information, technical topologies, commercial figures, and strategy briefs exchanged during discussions are treated as strictly Confidential Information.
- Confidentiality obligations persist for a period of five (5) years from disclosure, or indefinitely for trade secrets and sovereign infrastructure designs.
- Neither party will disclose project specifics or client names in public case studies or press releases without explicit written consent.
# 6. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Simple, clean commercial logistics:
- Invoices are submitted upon milestone achievement or on a monthly sprint cadence, as detailed in the relevant SoW.
- Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date via direct wire transfer in the contracted currency (typically USD, EUR, or GBP).
- All quotes and fees are exclusive of applicable local taxes, which will be itemized separately where required by law.
