Lead Sovereign AI Architect & Systems Engineer

1. Executive Mandate & Strategic Context

Lead the engineering and deployment of zero-egress, air-gapped foundation intelligence platforms and multi-agent systems for defense, banking, and critical telecommunications infrastructure.

MiGo Axis was founded to bridge the strategic authority of Tier-1 management consultancies with the precision engineering of deep systems integrators. In this role, you will work directly alongside Managing Partners to shape multi-million dollar transformation engagements across national telecommunications operators, sovereign authorities, and enterprise platforms.

2. Key Mandate & Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and benchmark on-premise private AI foundation platforms behind sovereign, air-gapped infrastructure.
• Design enterprise GraphRAG knowledge graphs and agentic workflow swarms integrating unstructured corporate documents with ERP/CRM telemetry.
• Enforce strict algorithmic compliance and audit logging under the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
• Oversee bare-metal GPU accelerator scheduling, model quantization (GGUF, AWQ), and zero-egress data leakage prevention controls.
• Lead technical advisory sessions with client Chief Information Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, and regulatory commissions.

3. Required Qualifications & Seniority

• 10+ years of deep systems architecture, distributed computing, and enterprise artificial intelligence engineering.
• Proven experience deploying local LLM inference engines (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM) and GraphRAG pipelines in production enclaves.
• Exemplary understanding of hardware acceleration, Linux kernel tuning, and air-gapped security enclaves.
• Strong technical background in Python, C++, CUDA, PyTorch, Neo4j, and vector database architectures.
• Advanced degree (M.Sc. / Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Electrical Engineering.
