Business Development Director — Strategic Consulting & Transformation

1. Executive Mandate & Strategic Context

MiGo Axis is seeking a seasoned commercial transformation leader to spearhead regional and global enterprise business development across Sovereign AI, Autonomous Networks, and Digital Public Infrastructure.

MiGo Axis was founded to bridge the strategic authority of Tier-1 management consultancies with the precision engineering of deep systems integrators. In this role, you will work directly alongside Managing Partners to shape multi-million dollar transformation engagements across national telecommunications operators, sovereign authorities, and enterprise platforms.

2. Key Mandate & Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account origination and executive relationship management with C-suite stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and Telecom Regulators).
• Originate and shape high-impact management consulting and digital transformation proposals ranging from $100k to multi-million dollar institutional mandates.
• Collaborate with Practice Principals to construct commercial advisory roadmaps, pricing models, and competitive tender responses.
• Expand our commercial footprint across regional incumbent telcos, sovereign public-sector authorities, and enterprise banking consortia.
• Champion the MiGo Axis Boardroom-to-Metal thesis, translating complex technical capabilities (Sovereign AI, Autonomous Networks, ODA) into boardroom ROI.

3. Required Qualifications & Seniority

• 12+ years of proven leadership in management consulting, enterprise technology advisory, or Tier-1 telecommunications solution sales.
• Demonstrated track record originating, closing, and delivering complex enterprise transformation engagements.
• Deep executive familiarity with telecommunications operating models, autonomous networks, and sovereign technology directives across Pakistan, GCC, or Southeast Asia.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with C-suite and ministerial leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MBA / Master's) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
