Principal Consultant — Autonomous Networks & TM Forum ODA

Location: Islamabad / GCC / Hybrid Full-Time • Senior Advisory Track Experience: 10+ Years Telco Architecture

1. Executive Mandate & Strategic Context

Spearhead carrier-grade Autonomous Networks transformations, decoupling monolithic legacy stacks into TM Forum Level 4 intent-driven closed loops.

MiGo Axis was founded to bridge the strategic authority of Tier-1 management consultancies with the precision engineering of deep systems integrators. In this role, you will work directly alongside Managing Partners to shape multi-million dollar transformation engagements across national telecommunications operators, sovereign authorities, and enterprise platforms.

2. Key Mandate & Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive Autonomous Network Maturity Model (ANMM) audits across Tier-1 telecommunications operators.
  • Design target 3-layer Open Digital Architecture (ODA) transition blueprints decoupled from legacy monolithic BSS/OSS stacks.
  • Architect intent-based closed-loop automation (AADE: Awareness, Analysis, Decision, Execution) across 5G slicing and cloud core infrastructure.
  • Establish carrier-grade regression gates, zero-outage cutover runbooks, and TM Forum Open API conformance validation.
  • Advise telecom CXOs on OPEX optimization, order-to-activation compression, and multi-vendor systems integration.

3. Required Qualifications & Seniority

  • 10+ years within Tier-1 telecommunications operators, telecom consultancies, or major network equipment vendors.
  • Deep technical mastery of TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA), eTOM, SID, and Open APIs (TMF620, TMF622, TMF641).
  • Hands-on experience architecting service orchestration, dynamic graph topology discovery, and automated trouble ticketing.
  • Demonstrated track record leading mission-critical network migrations with zero customer-facing outage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
